OMG ITS SO TRUE NO GYM NEEDED TO ANYONE !!! ? HOW many times you go to the gym and you see the same people same body for the last 3 years lol and not to say if you dont have not a certifed trainer you not doing SSSSSSSSSSSSShhhhhhhhhhhhitttt later
I'm 42 too. I'm watching those video bcuz I decided to change my eating habits. I have had never heard before about shaketology . I will google it Thanks for those info
I thought this cat was 19 years old, I was thinking 'WHAT HE KNOW ABOUT WORKING OUT"...when he hits 52 he will probably look like his 22, losing that extra weight makes people look younger
if your a beginner you will maintain a slim body if following p90x . a gym membership will be necessary in your future. don't be fooled by all of the testimonials when the older men have slowed metabolism and have solid foundations from keeping theirselves in great condition for several years. p90x is great for cardio and a slender physique.
@mikecazzx This stuff really worked for me bro. Through the enzymes, probiotics, prebiotics, and I've lost weight, gained energy, and regulated my entire system. This does NOT replace my daily consumption of raw fruits and veggies.. those are a must.
@boxingaddict25 I do a little running, but maintain my heart rate between 70 and 120 to ensure I stay in the fat burning zone. Any higher and I'd be encouraging my body to start breaking down muscle tissue.
@MotivatedFitness1 - I see. I'm in my 5th week of p90x doubles, but I decided that rather than do Cardio X 3-4 times a week, I'd just run for a good half hour or so. I heard the Cardio X workout isn't that intense. I'm just trying to lose another 15 pounds or so and then I'll be at my ideal weight. Thanks for your response.
i've got a question: do you really need to make all those 6 (7) DVD's per week? i tried to reduce the program to just 3-4 dvds (including the main exercises like chest/back + shoulders/arms + legs/back ) ... actually i can't manage to do sport every day (its not the time, its just soreness).
i'm in the second week right now, does my fitness level just need to adjust to p90x so i can handle to get all of these dvds done (like in the third week)?
@flexbriggs Excellent bro! Be careful with Insanity, you will lose a lot of the muscle mass you've developed with P90x... Try to incorporate some P90x exercises into your routine.

I went to your web site and all saw your before pics... and you have progressed so much. Does p90x require you to buy equiptment?
SILVERSURFING514 9 months ago
@SILVERSURFING514 Yes, you'll need at the very least, some dumbbells, a yoga mat, and a pullup bar

@boxingaddict25 I actually did the same thing when I did my doubles routine.. I'd either run, bike, or do the cardio X routine for the AM workouts.

@xsichtsbash2k6
I know what you mean... I think it's good that you do 3-4 a week. If you push yourself too hard you'll just risk quitting.
