what it is is the person on each end has their leg clamped with a prong from the tazer, then by being connected WHEN the current begins, it travels through all three. the deal with the tazer is: the further the distance between the two prongs, the more damage it deals....so they thought that was a legit idea somehow lol

also, if someone gets tazed THEN you touch them while they are being shocked, nothing is transfered to you
