well budbadbig u either use a diff car to race them or same and just win them for fun but i use mods just to go faster and sumet different aswell, i use to have a bmw m5 and dodge did 250 mph. but u can also use it to ya addvangte to evade heat seekers etc.

MTA doesn't support mods, just like SA-MP doesn't. But if you're talking about something like car mods, then they should work in MTA because they're part of the game, not the program. By the way, MTA has scripting functions for replacing models, that let server scripters to mod something in their server. For example, there's a race server Initial D that has a map made of custom objects and cars have custom models too.
