Oh, I hear you! It is hard. I have found I can't go below 1200 calories or my body freaks out and holds on to the weight. Nuts. You can do it...take care of you!
@katdoesdiets Thanks! It is hard. I'm hoping that my body will get used to my new eating habits and eventually start dropping a little more per week. If not then maybe i am cutting back too much.
