Hats off to you guys for getting involved. Only a couple of words of advice . . . take note that your hands and feet are weapons as well as propulsion! If you're going off in Open Olympic Group 3, I apologise in advance!!! Have a good swim; it's hard to plan, but the dock is pretty warm (& a bit salty), get a good rhythm & some open water; don't panic and cook it, it's only part of the race . . . last but not least, enjoy it big time and give it a big oggey on the startline :-)
Nice one boys - Good effort. I suggest you put a wet suit on next time, you also need to swim one behind each other kicking the other in the face to replicate the outdoor swim. - Actually Londons docklands water is surprisingly warm! Tony (Did London 2006 and 2005)
