Take the "script" folder and replace it with the one in your GTA SA > data folder.

If you already installed it,ingame press LookBehind+Target buttons simultaneously. (If you don't know the buttons look in the controls menu. But default, it's Tab + Right Click)

If it worked you'll be wearing the Gimp Suit. Now press N to speed up and Y to slow down. Press Crouch+Jump to fly. (Default is C+Left Shift)

That's the basics. To look like Superman you need the Image Tool. Now stop asking!
