Even when they murdered Oscar Grant in front of a train load of cameras the PD stories didn't match and it took weeks to arrest officer Mesherle when a murder had clearly been committed after kicking and abusing Oscar. Had it been the other way round, and Oscar shot the cop, Oscar would have been hauled in that night for murder and might not have survived the trip to OPD..... You simply can not trust any of them.

I guarantee that any of you who were put in that situation would have done the same thing. You wouldn't have tazed her or hit her with a baton or pepper sprayed her, you would have shot her. Using non lethal force against an intoxicated person, with a firearm and the will to use it, is a death sentence for you.

Many people are still a threat after one, two, three even yes five shots. Especially drunks or those high on drugs. The head shot in this case ended the threat.

You can never trust cop testimony. She wasn't in the frame.... Even when they murdered Oscar Grant in front of a train load of cameras the PD stories didn't match and it took weeks to arrest officer Mesherle when a murder had clearly been committed after kicking and abusing Oscar. Had it been the other way round, and Oscar shot the cop, Oscar would have been hauled in that night for murder and might not have survived the trip to OPD..... You simply can not trust any of them.

I guarantee that any of you who were put in that situation would have done the same thing. You wouldn't have tazed her or hit her with a baton or pepper sprayed her, you would have shot her. Many people are still a threat after one, two, three even yes five shots. Especially drunks or those high on drugs. The head shot in this case ended the threat.

If theres anything I disagree with about this video it is what the trooper told the officer to do @ 3:10 you hear the trooper say"just pull it out to the highway and let it fall.@ 3:14 you hear the gun hit the road and the trooper says"there you go, dont touch it" I understand he did that for the sake of fingerprints,however, use gloves to remove the gun. It could have discharged killing anyone in its path and the threat was already eliminated.
