Why I brought a TVR

I own an IQ 995cc 3cyls when I rev mine up there is no sound SOB SOB! lack of funds. It would be nice to own a TVR though nice growling engine MMMMMMMM!!!!

you dont rev a cold car in gear because when its driving the wheels its putting alot more load on the engine, in netural theres hardly any load at all.

Rev a cold car hard in gear or out of gear it will still damage the engine. Oil won't have worked it way all the way round the engine so it couldn't protect it.

FYI, engine preferred to be revved under load. Revving them hard while in nuetral(sp?) or with the clutch pedal on isn't good for them.
