this video was taken towards the northeast sky. Yes, there is an airport but it is more southeast from where this video was taken,and if it was an airplane landing, it would be landing in a field. There was military there the next day and they said that if they went in that field,they would be arrested. Does that sound like anything related to normal air traffic to you? The person who recorded this DOES have other video but since this one has been stolen they have requested that I not put any up

They do not look like airplanes to me, airplanes do not have lights on during the daylight. I can say this because I live in the San Francisco bay, where there are three international airport, plus other small local airports.

These lights are from planes as we can see, when you have planes in front of you, it showed lights like this, when you have these plane with a different angle, you can see intermittent lights under the wings. To be able to identify something special, the observer (s) should investigate and find someone at a different angle with a film, I should say it should be to the left or to the right to the objects, from his point of view. And then, they should map it, place thier and others coordination.

Planes landing at a nearby airport. Yes planes do have landing lights on when there are low-light conditions such as ..cloudy skies, dusk or dawn. Looking at this video it could be all 3 :)

@jonescrx I think those are genuine UFOs (unidentified doesn't mean extraterrestrial) because if there was an airport over there, why would the people filming be intrigued by them? If they live there why should they be filming them as if its something unusual to them?
and this was just after sunset? was it getting dark? was it darker than the camera shows?
because there is no rapid movement nor visible craft shape not much can be concluded. I'd guess sunlit balloons. unless you saw much more than the video shows
