  • like if Yahtzee sent you

  • What's the highest audio quality version of this song out on the market today? Would it be a FLAC file, or maybe one of those records? Apologize for being so ... clueless about things. But I'm 17, and I LOVE THIS SONG.

  • omg ces soirée là n'est pas originale .

  • my wife really loves this song...Gotta like the 70s.

  • i think that this song is brilliant. late december BACK in 63. thats when this song came out right? right.

i think they knew this song would last

  • Why would you think the whole band was black because of the great pipes? Only black people can sing?

  • after reading dozens of comments posted on various videos on this song, it really seems that this is a cocaine-related song, Gaudio used a promo-cover story about losing virginity which was more acceptable than doing coke; also the way the song is presented in other vid's, it does not seem like a "romance" event. moral perception has changed "now it seems so right", this wouldn't normally happen in a sexual experience

  • A lot of things happened to me on December nights that makes me want to go, "Oh What A Night." And the Four Seasons gets me through work. And I loved "Jersey Boys."

  • 99 people prefer Lady Ga Ga, Justin Bieber, and Carrie Underwood to a great song.

  • you obviously are a kid and don't realize....talking about the group...the Four Seasons....the music in general.,,,not this ONE song,....duh! next time, you'te reported for abuse! (stupid!)

  • Bob Gaudio sounds as good as Frankie..

  • How the fuck did 50 people not like this?? Bunch of retarded goons who probably have Lady GaGa ringtones on their phones..

  • im 118 years old. this is the greatest song in the history of my life on Earth. It encompasses every ideology in the universe and releases them in 4 words 'Oh. What. A. Night...

  • @unknownwizdom lmao good one

  • 20. Guess my parents raised me wrong. Hah

  • Love this song, but I always want to sing "Oh what a night; late December back in '65" rather than '63, purely because it fits better :)

  • Love it.

  • This video went viral on Belmopan

  • is it as crime if i keep listening to this?

  • Thumbs up if your sick of people saying, " hey I am 12 guess i was raised right, I am listening to this instead of rap".... I am 13 you don't see me saying that!

  • @SuperWarden6000 You basically just did. Shut up.

  • The drummer has a really sick voice... When i heard this on the radio I thought for sure the whole band was black because the great pipes....

  • Any great night (not just late December, 1963) is what I think about when I hear this song....oh the memories...

  • @annafcveldhuis Say what and what does XD mean? You're son wrote what comment?

  • LOL, I heard this song during a timeout during the college basketball game at Madison Square Garden between Duke and Washington earlier today, despite the fact that about 85% of the people in that arena, including the players, weren't even born when this song came out. Oh, well. Gotta promote the 'home teams', so to speak, eh? ;-D

  • Oh What A Night, lets make it a night 2 remember

  • "As I recall it ended far too soon". Ha.

  • great feel good song, classic forever

  • I love the voice of the guy that puts the headphone to his ear!

  • @babat53870 Sarcasm much? You know that's Frankie Valli himself, right?

  • @TheAntihero6212 No, really, that wasn't sarcasm. He sings in an odd way, but it is enjoyable.

  • @babat53870

That's Frankie Vallie, the guy that does most of the lead vocals.

  • This song makes me ridiculously happy.

  • excelenteeee saludos desde lima - peru

  • The essentials

  • This song gets me every time! I can't listen to it without singing along and dance like an idiot.

  • I honestly thought that "Oh What A Night" was performed by some obscure Canadian '70s pop act. I have no freaking idea what drove me to that conclusion.

Nevertheless, it is a classic. Makes me wish I had my own night in late December '63 to remember.

  • @DropPodFullOfPonies The original was "Cette année là" by the french signer Claude François. :-)

  • Comment removed

  • @LeaMtl

J'aime la version française beaucoup mieux. Dommage il est mort tragiquement. Merci de m'avoir appris quelque chose de nouveau. Désolé, j'ai supprimé le commentaire précédent car je sentais que mon français était plutôt mauvais.

  • 98 people can suck my dick.

  • @lockie009 Niceeeee!

  • 98 people had a bad night on that day in december 1963

  • thumbs up if you're listening to this cause you're hungover and you think your roommate who is puking in the toilet right now wants to hear it

  • Check out The Hit Men, the original recording and performing members of The Four Seasons, Tommy James & The Shondells, The Critters and more! We're touring the U.S. now!

  • Who the fuck dislikes this song? Pucks, all of them.

  • So, if you want more people to know the music, why diss people who came here for different reasons?

  • @TheSuburbanHero suck a cock

  • @ProductionsThatFSU You're funny. :P

  • faggot here. proud of it dude!

  • so frign cool.the drummer is the singer

  • @trecoolmania

He didn't sing lead on very many. A girl left a comment a few years ago, the he was her music teacher in High school not many years ago. It blew her away to see him sing it here.

  • My favorite song. I mean just look at my name

  • Dad might kill me for this, but here it goes: Of the #1 singles The Four Seasons had on The Billboard Pop Charts, this is the one I liked the least. Hey, that's just me. I still like The Four Seasons, It's just this song; I don't know.

  • Is that Mel Gibson at 0:03 ;)

  • Oh what a night? Oh what a song!!!

  • thumbs up if you prefer this over the remix....

  • @fenderfetish there's a remix?

  • @fenderfetish Eh, I like the updated pop version more. I didn't realize the difference until I looked up the 1995 version. Then I realized that the "remix" is what I remember hearing in the car when I was little. Both are good, though.

  • im brought myself here after laying in bed then out of the random started humming then singing oh what a night la la la la oh what a nite. so i got up typed in oh what a night and here i am lol. great song.

  • simplemente genial...enorme.....que recuerdos......

  • This song has a great bass line

  • Sweet surrender what a night ...

  • I love this song, even though it talks about his first time was with a stranger LOL. If you saw the broadway show you would know what I am talking about,

  • @livingXsacrifice or if you just pay attention to the lyrics.

  • @Potatoes612

Maybe as an adult, but when I was younger didn't really pay to much attention to the lyrics :P

  • Was born on a December night; saw my first pro hockey game on a December night; got my class ring on a December night; wanted to see Jersey Boys after hearing the Four Seasons on a December night. A lot has happened to me on December nights.

  • Saw Jersey Boys yesterday and wearing a shirt that says, "Oh, what a night" right now :)

  • MALIK ELEBY

  • My parents are from this era but this is what I consider REAL music and GOOD music too.

  • Always loved this song. I was born on Dec. 11, 1963. This song still rocks.

  • FUCKING MICHAELS

  • gouwe Ouwe....altijd goed....

  • This is a pretty righteous song I must say, and to hell with the awful remixes, original for the win!

  • Somebody does not seem happy to be 2nd fiddle on this song.

  • @SmokeBojangles

Maybe. He's not really second fiddle, though. He was practically deaf when this recording was made, so he was hardly in any condition to sing the entire song.

  • Last night was one of those nights... ;)

  • that bass lick at 1:43 is sick

  • this was my little sister's favorite song!

  • "Jersey Boys" brought me here. And the play was awesome! I got into the Four Season because of it.

  • Frankie Valli & Al Pacino were separated at birth...no?

  • This is a sexual song

  • @Clandestine1989 Yes. It's entirely about sex. Not unlike today's music but more subtle, which I feel makes it refreshing.

  • 98 people had a bad night.
