I think this clip is from 2005 and Limahl was not at his best. Since then he has gotten more musically active and sounds more like he used to. This clip makes him look washed up.

Was on an german TV show. Thats why he spoke german in the beginning .. it was "hallo wie geht es euch" which mean "hi how you doing guys?" ^^
