Last year when the protesting took place in Madison it was a lot different than Oakland there was a somewhat mutual respect between the police and protesters there was not any physical clashes and harassment from the police I guess that is why I was so shocked when I seen what was happening in Oakland.But right now they are recalling Govenor Walker and he might be voted out of office. Last year when the protesting took place in Madison it was a lot different than Oakland there was a somewhat mutual respect between the police and protesters there was not any physical clashes and harassment from the police I guess that is why I was so shocked when I seen what was happening in Oakland.But right now they are recalling Govenor Walker and he might be voted out of office. I live in Wisconsin only thing we could really do is watch what is happening in Oakland and Occupy Wall Street we really do not have really those same problems as they do. My honest thoughts and experience has been that our police forces and yes, OUR government has done a pretty good job. Not perfect but you nor I am either. Let's be careful what we wish for and try honesty, humility, compassion, forgiveness. We are the police, we are the 'government', we are the bankers!
