I love it! Simplicity at its best beating you down like a dog. All these crazy "inovative" workout techniques need to go to the back of the class and let the basics get the job done.

That's just cool. I moved from 5 min up to 8 min on the 2 secondary sets (11th week AMD program) and I thought I would puke! I must have looked like you looked after the 2nd pull there. Good stuff!

this looks like a killer workout, would u say this makes a great forearm,lats, and leg exercise? and do u guys ever go out for drinks after u all train, not immidiatley after but maybe the same night?
A few buddies and I just got back from the park - sled dragging, rope pulls, keg presses, sandbag carries, etc. These types of workouts are no joke! Great work, man!
what id do to have a workout with you guys one day.... to bad i live in miami and im 17 but dont get me wrong i train hard as shit but you guys are incredible great job keep the vids coming makes my training ideas flow
I,m trying to figure out a routine that I can split up days for building power and strength with conditioning. looks like a good workout!

I would love to set up my own version of this - it's tough to find rope of that size and gauge though. Is the sled something I could build on my own?
