Silencer is better than crits. kills anything and anyone which is basically an assassination, thats what useful of Assassins. Rouge based class are most useful in Fogs or when there are many chest waiting to be open.

Another method is to purchase one from a Secret Shop. However I forgot which one and with which card.

to get to 27x, you have to recruit nino and have her talk to jaffar
