This is the year the O's turn it all around. Even if we don't finish 2nd or 3rd, chances are either this year or the next we'll get above, or at .500 and within the next 3-5 years, we'll be a contender for the Al east title. I mean, we have alot of young players who are going to be great.

This Is the reason why baseball takes a back seat to the NFL. With no salary cap, the Yankees and Red Sox will always get the best players. In baseball, you'll always have the same 4-5 teams w/ a few exceptions. I'm a huge O's fan having to face this terrible reality. If and when we do get well, it probably won't last due to free agency. how long have you been rooting for the red sox? probably three, four days because thats how long most red sox fans have been rooting for them. where do you live? nebraska? there are probably more red sox fans in the midwest then in new england. i've seen it when i traveled from NYC to see my beloved yankees play on the road. there are a shitload of bandwagon red sox fans and you're probably one of them.
