sounded like my 96 type r swap when I was running open header but nice car bro I miss that swap if I didn't have $12k invested into my d16z6 turbo I would definitely get 1 for my del sol I hate the shifter in sohc del sol's they aren't smooth into gears at all and my shift linkage hits my exhaust and doesn't make it any easier

Nicely modified Honda you got there. I drive a EH6 Del Sol. 1.6 Lieter VTEC with160PS (170HP thanks to the Mohr exhaust ;_)

I thought about an B18 swap as well, after my engineer told me that the F Series Motors are of limits (never get them licensed here in germany)

How much PS do your Del Sol put on the street? I intend to tune mine up to at least 300PS all Motor. I would like you to tell me how much the engine and the swap did cost you. Thanks!

all type R vtec is loud! itr/ctr cams are not stock cams.. why you think they require dual valve springs to operate?. you got to remember i did 220whp with a itr using a jdm 96 exhuast itr cam and a skunk2 intake cam.
