My friend, there is no need to heat the oil up to 450 degrees...very dangerous. And please turn off the flame when you lower the bird into the hot oil. You can turn it back on after the lid is on. You might want to consider doing this in the grass..I bet your driveway looks great with all the oil stains on it. Happy Thanksgiving to all.

only thing i could suggest is tie the legs n wings up so it'll be easy to lower it in. other then that awesome video.
