nah he is right when he is talking from a singer's point of view(all singers expect anybody to sing perfectly)....he does support performance but he want her to focus more on singing..he didn't tell her to stay stiff..her movement for me was a lil too much but i loved her singing..she has amazing voice:)
BISWAJIT IS WRONG - On LIVE TV singing, with audience as judges; Singer needs to "perform" (gestures and movements) to gain the attention and attachment of audience.
In this type of selection, you gain an advantage with the audience if they like your STYLE ... YOU NEED TO HAVE A PERSONAL STYLE - as they call it PERFORMANCE.
Otherwise, a good singer with no emotion or body language will loose to an average singer with great dramatics/ performance.
