Seth is a crap character, he has weak ass Ultra weak ass supers, weak ass moves in general and he takes damage worse than Akuma. He honestly doesnt have anything good going for him, His teleport but really you do teleport into EX SPD and still crap damage it takes like 15 of them to kill your opponent. He is only good as a CPU Boss other than that worst character in the game. I dont care if he might have a good Kara Cancel it aint gonna do shit for damage & his "Tricks" are lame and useless
