the Galaxie is a 66. I own an original paint, black 65 Impala 4dr ht. like in your video. nice condition. do hope this guy doesn't get bit by the DOLLAR bug and crushes instead of saves these cars. sadly, a lot of history has been lost because greed and stupidity have taken over common sense.
In the owner's defense, If these cars just sit, they cost him in property taxes and rodent infestation. He has sold some but recently crushed some of the least desirable.
we have no neat old cars like that up here..too much rocksalt. and not many junkyards either and the few we have all have 1995-2008 models no old classics :-(
He did. He found a 1948 Ford. He's been working on it all summer. It's in the upholstry shop now. Next time home I'll try to get some footage of his ride.
