It's so obvious in the video that he was gunning to spin u out.

I'm a pretty respectfull driver, never try to intentionally spin other people out and always have my brakes at the ready when the situation has me following a car as close as this douche was.

I get so paranoid by tailgaters because i've been spun out soo many times.
