  • Put the website address in your video description.

  • blown in insulation is not good. When condensation hits it, you will have a mold problem.

  • im doing a project on this, any tips 4 me

  • fiberglass sucks!! all it is is a filter, takes too much time to install properly. all itchy afterwards. cellulose is much easier and cheaper to install. I have been in weatherization for 6 years airsealing is quite important. to all that use filterglass have at that i like not itching lol

  • It's informative, it's not supposed to be "cool"

  • To maximize efficiency and comfort you need to stop or reduce both conductive and radiant heat flow. Adding fiberglass insulation is great to reduce conductive heat flow. Adding a Radiant Barrier will make fiberglass even MORE effective by reducing radiant heat gain. They work together.

  • i have done this for seven years and just quit it was the worst seven years of my life leave this to the pros dont touch that stuff if you dont have to

  • I think the girl in the green shirt is hot. Start with a loose fitting long sleeve shirt.

  • yeah, the mask covers the majority of her face...it allows you to imagine as if she was miss America or something

  • Fiberglass should only be installed by professionals

  • I love this Video! ;)

  • you love this video? yeah it just cracks me up LOL.

  • Fiberglass is totally safe and wonderful!

  • i think it tastes pretty good haha.

  • and looks like cotton candy.

  • yes the pink stuff looks delicious.

  • That is what they said about asbestos....Ask the folks at Owens Corning, they have paid more than 5 billion out in liability from Asbestos..

  • I have the same tape measure!!

  • Installing insulation can be extremely dangerous! You cam screw up your lungs big time.YOU HAVE TO WEAR A MASK WITH NO HOLES AROUND THE CORNERS.I would wear a cartridge mask for sure, and not a cheap dust mask.

  • Also take into consideration the potential for mold. In basements, don't use paper-backed insulation because mold can grow on it if your basement is to damp. (run a dehumidifier if this is the case). I've inspected attics that had insulation between joists, but not covering them. In some situations the joists (in the cold winter months) transferred enough cold to cause dark lines to appear in the ceiling of the living space. I prefer to see blown in insulation covering joists in attics.

  • Great tips on installing insulation

  • i cut my gas bill in half Just putting insulation on the North sidw of hose Thanks I love Owens GORNING iT WORKS GREAT..

  • thanks
