fetuses may not be considered a person under the law but they would but they have the potential to grow up to have offspring which will continue to reproduce through the generations, this is the definition of a species. we are the homo sapien species. fetus are still human and should be protected under the UN declaration of human rights.
Also, fetuses, in a place where abortion is legal becomes thee property of the parents, are children property after birth? please consider these arguements.
