scuze me. beside you look great at a big age... for is normaly cause is sport :) ... but i want to be a bodybuilder and in some years.. maybe 8-10 i want to be a pro. Do you have a idea where do i have to go ... to what people? cause i love this sport since 7 years old ...at 5 i saw for firt time Arnold on tv. and i wanted to look like him.. but i look like Coleman :))...btw.. can you help me ? i live in Denmark but it's the same sport . @MrBuByLa i'm not a pro... i'm still amateur and hate to say that politics are often a big part of the sport (this is my "opinion"). simply having a top notch physique isn't enough anymore.

i'm giving up competing for those very reasons... i don't have the money to make the connections i need in the sport myself, so i'm unable to give you any advice or direction. :(

Hey Christine..how is everything going? Wow can't believe it's been a year since we spoke...time sure fly I tell ya. I been using the Isoflex ever since you recommended it and I love it! :).. I just wanted to know what is your take on the other protein types and which would you recommend me adding to the Isoflex if any...Egg protein, Casein, and the mixed whey blends. I read the Casein is good for night time..but a cpl ppl do not recommend it..saying it turn to goo in your instine..whats ur take
