Another to keep in mind, not only big tobacco but big pharma stands to lose by products like nicotine patches as well as meds for treating all the people made sick by smoking not to mention the taxes brought in by states off cigs, so the law makers, if they ban this product,have their hand in the cookie jar also -GET RID OF THEM

Nice one Wald.. and glad the ecigs won the injunction. It begs to wonder WHO FDA side is on.... I've seen plenty of opins. re. BIG TOBACCO and their tons of money.... It's sad to be in America and understand that is a possibility. eCigs got me off SMOKING ! That's why Big Tobacco is pissed.

DW, good job but the case was always called Sottera and Smoking Everywhere Vs the FDA. Sottera is the parent company of njoy, always has been. People just called the case 'Njoy ...etc' because people were familiar with the brand name and not the parent company's name.

Good presentment of the facts Waldo. In the meantine, the FDA is continually grasping straws by slapping warning letters to liquid vendors. It shows that even the FDA know they may lose and are doing their damndest to do as much damage as possible.
