Bio Hazard Battle - "Hardest" Playthrough, Final Stage

I got this game way back when it was part of a Genesis combo deal. I finally beat the game a couple years ago when I decided to go through all my old Genesis games for fun. The final boss on this game damn near drove me into a mental breakdown before I finally beat him. Happiest gaming day of my life.

Everything old is new again, it wouldn't surprise me if Sega tried to reboot it at some point, an updated version would make a nice 10-20 dollar game on digital distribution services.

I love how the "final stage cleared" message has a period on the end. The game is all like "Oh, you beat this friggin' hard game. Wow. Lack of amazement."

i remember ages ago reading about there being a secret asteroid level in the cave stage, do you know if this is true?

well, the cheat says "in the caves, after the enemies that look like a pair of lips"

problem is, there's no enemies that look like lips in that level, or anywhere else in the game. So either whoever wrote that cheat was on acid, or it's bogus.

Well, I play Touhou a lot. Compared to that level of insanity, this isn't quite so bad :P

Actually, some danmaku techniques like streaming work pretty well in this game.
