Very good job Dr. Simoni, but unfortunately most of the pictures from non surgical nose job I've seen performed by other doctors were not looking that good, it was like the nose and the forehead were connected by one straight line which didn't look good at all. This one is brilliant.

Do you do the procedure with Artifil?.. I had it done w fillers and it's already going away after 3 mo!..If you do what's the price range for Artifil?

Last time i had it done, he said he went over, He didn't use much but now its gone down but i can still feel radiesse in there, When i took the plasters off, it went down as if the plasters were ifting the skin, was this because he didn't put enough in? xo

Does it last longer the second time you get it done, I didn't get much filler injected last time so if i get it done again and get more filler put in will it last longer, And also can i get the lower bridge of my nose thickened xoxo

@omgturtles1 Yes booster injections seem to last longer. With non surgical nose job you can make the bridge thicker if desired.

@LaaBarbiee only the bridge can be narrowed with nonsurgical rhino. non surgical rhinoplasty does not have age limitation. it costs $1000.

@PirateSmoothie artefil is semi permanent. If anything goes wrong there is no fix. We do not recommend artefil.

Silikon 1000 is not a safe material. It is not FDA approved. There is a high chance that silikon 1000 would cause a permanent damage to nasal tissues and leave you distorted for the rest of your life.

Eventhough one can not narrow the dorsum and the tip with non surgical nose job; however an illusion of narrower nose can be created.

Jevaderm or perlane has been used in non surgical nose job. In my experience they only last for a couple of months. The result also seems to be inferior to radiesse. That is why I do not use them.

Once the safty of Artefil is more estabished I would start using it. It is an almost permanent filler.

Artefil is another filler which is more permanent. It is not FDA approved for non surgical nose job, there has not been a lot of experience with this material in the nose. I do not recommend it for my patient untill enough people had it done
