  • Get your A.D. at a community college, or if you can afford it get you Bachelor's at a four year. I got my degree in Electronics. I go to ITT for it's IT courses which doesn't cost alot and looks a little better on a resume and helps me in my line of work - the all round expereince

  • I graduated ITT Norfolk Virginia in 2007, degree in multimedia, its now 2011 and im working in a warehouse job that has absolutely nothing to do with my illustrious ITT degree!!! lol.

  • If you went to ITT and landed a job, chances are you could have gone to any school with the same result. I currently attend ITT and the quality of the education is piss poor. If you already have an interest in the subject they are "teaching" then you should be fine. But if you couldn't give two shits about the subject, ITT is still happy to take your money and give you an A+ for showing up.

  • Did this happen to you? File a complaint at newjerseyconsumerprotection (dot) com or send an email to lawyers@cprlaw.com or by phone at 1-888-375-7600. We want to hear from you!

  • I am not going to say ITT TECH is a bad school because I don't know wether it is or not. But I do know you can get the same degree at a community college for a fraction of the the price. It feels good to leave school knowing that you are not in debt for the next 8-10 years with student loans from these for PROFIT schools.

  • @malcorub That's the truth ot if! I went to a community college and most of my credits transferred over to a 4 year joint and now I only have 3 semesters to go until I get a bachelor's - and I have a quarter of the debt the folks who go the full 4 years will have. Win win situation. (And the more I read about ITT, it rubs me as a for-profit school.)

  • Is it surprsing to anyone that the brilliant minds who have "flourised" at this quality institution are the ones who can barely string a coherent thought together? I mean, I'm being really liberal with the context of "coherent".Let's just say no more than 2 "fucks" in a message and perhaps a 5th grade reading and writing level?

  • i afree with @jrlocohtx. ha ha imy grades have been all a's for the past year in a half and i get pell grants cause of my grades which is free money, if its so shitty then why are there now over 800 students enrolled at my campus? it went from 500 to 800 in a freaking year people are tranfsfering from Bryan and stratin and community colleges just to go her..Yall probaly did just slack off and they got me a job in the criminal justice field allready itt did...So im pretty satisfied..

  • @Thatshot118 Of course you are satisfied. Considering your grammar and writing levels, it must seem like cloud nine that you are "acing" the courses! But did you ever stop and wonder how you are breezing through "college" when you likely just barely passed high school? Well, I hate to break it to you, but you may want to google "ITT Tech grade inflation"

  • @ifyouhadlips Hey i graduated from high school with straight A's hun. LOL my grade point average in high school was a 4.0. I think that is pretty good considering i barley paid attention. I already got associates degree, im just getting a bachelors in criminal justice now. I dont have 2 Google anything. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions right? Just a matter of sometimes its better to keep them to your self, you may be offending so people who don't feel the same way you do. Just sayin.

  • I guess depending on where you live all campuses are different.

  • Alright your right.. I'm wrong. Im just a stupid detective that doesn't know anything right? Have a good life i wish the best of luck to you what ever you do in life. I don't know you you don't know me. I'm going to leave it at that!

  • @Thatshot118 800 students are enrolled there because they probably got piss poor grades in high school, no motivation, and no hope for the future. wtf is stratin or bryan? and community college is probably better than itt tech. yeah, you got an entry level piece of shit job in CJ. have fun trying to go anywhere with that! Me? degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. Internships with Facebook and Google. Fuck you.

  • I went to a campus visit with I.t.t tech but later... I figure that it really wasn't a FUCKING! Visit or tour(whatever) it was really a lie they really me had sign fucking papers and had me apply for their gay ass college or whatever it was the I.t.t tech I visited or scamed into looked AND! SMELL! like a fucking clinic. My tip don't go to I.t.t tech. Your sure to make no friends! And sure to have a ugly college experience.

  • Search my ITT Tech Parody.. search for "ICUP Tech"

  • Its a for profit school, they only have national accreditation, schools like this should be illegal as NONE of the credits transfer, if you want to go for your master you sill have to start from scratch,PLUS they absorb most of your student loans, I go to a university and get about 5k per semester just to live off, you wont get that at itt or university of phoenix

  • @fhdjsahfdjsha Hi. I go to National and they just hiked their tuition $800 without letting us know. I'm 3 quarters away from graduating (if I take 8 credits per quarter) which is all I can afford now, but that's still over 1/2 attendance. I'm transferring to Sinclair in Sept., and going to go to complete different field. Will I be okay there with financial aid. My financial aid cover my whole education, and I am soooo scared. Please respond. deanna3

  • @lightening00 As long as you are in good academic standing you should have no problem transferring schools, the problem is (and they dont tell you) is that more than likely little o none of your credits will transfer.

Call the admissions at your new school and ask them to do a credit evaluation before you transfer, that way you will know if any credits transfer

  • I almost joined ITT Tech until I read the reviews online...

#1 You can't transfer your credits because they are only nationally accredited!

#2 $45,000 for a Two year program?!!! Rip off!!

#3 Their degrees are not respected by any schools or employers.

#4 Some hiring managers throw away resumes with ITT Tech.

#5 When you finish, you won't be able to get a job in that field... so your just further in debt with climbing interest!

#6 In other words they are a Diploma Mill...

  • @illusive1337 Consider American Public University. I attend their military wing, American Military University. They are regionally accredited, not distance learning accredited. In other words, they have the same accreditation that a brick and mortar school does. they are also the army's official school for go army ed. I am very satisfied. tuition is $750 per course, and that includes books. My total debt when I graduate with a degree in intelligence studies will be about $50k.

  • if a job cant be found out of school, we shouldnt cast worry and anger about that or anything in this life.Mathew 6:33 says "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." SO Christ says store your treasure in heaven as thats the promised place we go when we recieve Christ as lord and savior living our lives for GODs will.as a career may or may not come, death surely will any time and after that follows the judgment of GOD to heaven or hell

  • i am sorry i spelled school wrong....i apologize....but itt tech is still a joke....ultimately the taxpayers pay for these loans that the unqualified grads default on.....take action people...see that this school along with all the other for profit sweat shop schools are closed.....it makes me sick to see that fucking dweeb with his graduation gown on his proud graduation day...also any school that adverizes during shows like jerry springer...has to be a joke.....get smart people

  • itt tech is a scam. a "for profit' scholl with useless credits that are not accepted anywhere except at itt tech. there is only 1 way to get educated. go to a real university or community college where the credits will transfer. itt tech preys on the uneducated, unprepared, and unqualified people deperate in todays economy. it leaves their"grads"with huge govt. loans to repay and at a cost that highly exceeds a regular community college. dont fall victim to this scam...itt tech is useless

  • In hopes that students from these schools might be able to submit their information into an online database. Just go to the Campus Progress website and click "for profit colleges" then scroll down and click "submit your story"

  • I went to a community college before. It was all theory and hardly any lab work or hands on and now I go to ITT Tech. I am only in my second quarter and I was just offered an internship at a web magazine. With any school you get out of it what you put into it. You have to take what you know and build on it, don't just rely on the instructors, do your own research, find every tutorial you can and build your knowledge and skills.Nothing in life is just handed to you.

  • I heard about how bad of a school it was lol so I am going to Webster University it's much better AND worldwide.

  • I bet that one book along cost just as much as a car note...shame. It'll be outdated in 2 yrs tops. :(

  • @jrlocohtx No, you're a fucking idiot. It IS a scam, it's just in bed with the Federal government (sallie mae) so they'll never be shut down because it preys on the stupid low-income families that will never get out of debt.

  • @jrlocohtx i dont get you dude. You say its the students fault for being lazy but yet you have little or no knowledge about how for-profit schools work.12% of all students go to for profit schools.25% of all loans are for profit schools.40% of all defaulted loans are for profit schools. So if your not going to look at both sides of the story why do you even have an opinion.

  • @jrlocohtx And as a matter of fact, the government is going to start putting regulation on for-profit schools because they mislead their students.

  • @jrlocohtx I tots agree with you.there im there and im doing a damn well good job and hella love it..lol im there for Criminal justice though..And everything is pretty much hands on..loves it

  • @Thatshot118 thanks dude, its good to see someone agrees with me on this thread filled with negative people. Keep doing what your doing and don't let anyone discourage you dude. Best wishes.

  • @jrlocohtx Thanks..best wishes to you as well. Have a good Memorial day weekend!

  • @jrlocohtx no their mad because their credits dont transfer u perpetual retard u must have went to itt tech

  • @tvaughanx- hey screw you man, its funny to see how people love talking shit from a safe place....

  • @jrlocohtx Wow. Just wow. It is sad and ironic that the kid defending ITT Tech's reputation has the communication capacity of a fifth grader. Please tell me you are an example of the "success stories" that ITT churns out. "Loosers" Classic.

  • @ifyouhadlips - Look man don't be so ignorant. If you had some sense, than you would understand where i am coming from. People do not realize that you have to sacrifice and put in work in order to become successful, people expect for things to be handed to them on a silver platter. And yea I graduated from itt, I was very satisfied with my education. Im making 85k as project manager for a construction company. Losers Classic? Don't think so. Yea and way to spell "LOSERS"...5th grader. lol wow!

  • @jrlocohtx "Yea and way to spell "LOSERS"...5th grader. lol wow!

" you guys are just mad because you all are fucking loosers that were not able to do shit with the degree you obtained from here." ....

    85k , huh? LOL!

  • @ifyouhadlips - how is that funny?

  • @jrlocohtx What's funny is you can't even spell a simple word like "losers" correctly. What a selective group of scholars ITT must take.

  • @ifyouhadlips - go screw yourself over and over

  • @jrlocohtx What program did you take?

  • Just because you have a college degree doesn't gurantee you a job of any sort it only helps to have one when you are applying for a job. It looks better to have one then not to. This is the old arguement of vocational schools vs universities. Just like is it better to be certified or have a degree. Both have their postives and both have their negatives but its pointless to argue which one is better because their are alot of vocational schools that suck just like their are Universities that suck

  • I went to itt for information systems admin. and have found work just fine; seems like some people don't have the real world skills necessary to land a job

  • I went to ITT in Madison MS and let me tell you that school is a fucking joke. It opened in 2008 and they have already been through 3 deens. They pick up teachers of the street and expect you to pay a shit load of money for there classes. It's a good thing a have a friend that is a lawyer cause I am in a law suit with them right now. Trust me don't go to this school.

  • LISTEN TO ME! I went to ITT and graduated taking Network Admin. I then took the EXACT same course at a community college. Why did I do this? Long story that I won't go into. The point is ITT is a COMPLETE rip off in every way. Curriculum, teachers, price, books, credits don't transfer, ITT sucks from a million points of light.

They don't even have books written in the U.S. They come from India. 40k for an associates, 80k for a bachelors. Wish I had more space to write. DON'T go to ITT!

  • @niltomega I don't get it if you graduated for network Admin did you not get a job doing it?

  • @Strife2410 I graduated from ITT but was still making good money at my factory job plus I have a family to take care of. Then my factory job went bye bye to mexico. Because it went to Mexico I qualified to go to school. I then went to community college for the same thing I did at ITT so I could get REAL credits that transfer. I'm still inschool.

  • check out my video response LOL good video LOL I got a real degree at a reall college fuck ITT TECH

  • lmao street fighter music in the background

  • ITT Tech is a fraud and always will be, once you sign your name you will be in debt for a long time and in the end you will say to yourself that it sucked, if you ever do pay off your loan you will still say it was not worth jack shit just like the so called degrees they give out. And you can see the writing on the wall that they are in bed with the Federal government so you can get tied in a loan you can't get out of.

  • Your an IDIOT

  • Usually when a college needs a cable company to advertise themselves, they might not be good .... but Ima check out ITT anyway

  • ITT tech sure does suck, I took a criminal justice course to find out that in my home state(NH), their CJ course lacks 3 classes that are required to hold a job within the criminal justice field. After doing alittle research, if I lived in Indianapolis, I would be all set for their requirements are different. I feel that if you are going to hold online courses, you should be able to teach all of what people will need when done no matter what state they live in.

  • with all this money thats spent on buildings nobody needs, movies nobody should watch, overpaid atheletes, and shitty fast food, you think we could go to college for free?

  • hahahahaha! the funniest video about Itt! well, at least you'll past the mock interviews! oh yeah, and don't forget to take your surveys!!!! i forgot to mention that your credits aren't transferrable, and one last thing, you MUST sign this substantial amount by signning the Peaks loan with an interest rate of 14.7%! on top of that you gotta pay your $35,000 tuition with the staffords loan. here's your associates degree in criminal justice!

  • wow all of u are total asses... and its funny that everyone here talk shit about schools... every fucking school is the samething about everything.... and most of all banana breakable could go suck on ur moms tit and grow up.... mexicans and niggers??? wtf... u cant grab ur balls and say tht to a mexican nor a nigger because ur nothing but a lil fucking kids tht get picked on blacks and mexicans... heres some advice banana breakable grow some nuts, stop talking shit and do somethin about it...

  • your fat ass cant handle theory fat fuck you gotta hit the books...plus criminal justice sucks from itt... engineering is the only major they will specify the knowledge towards or CNS... and if your broke ass cant afford it then go to your bitch made community college stop complaining fuckin fuck fuck punk fuck all you to who hate on itt shut the fuck up broke asses.

  • @besade5150 honestly, it's "what you put into school, is what you get out of it." others did well because they were better in labs, but i was better in writing, but it hardly means anything... i could've tried harder and showed up to school more, that would've help out my experience there much better!

  • lololololololololol thanks for the heads up

  • ITT does suck for took a criminal justice course (associates degree) and mre than half of it was dealing with writing classes using the APA and such. I then went to a local community college where it was loaded with classes that were related to criminal justce and paid about 2,200 less than what I paid ITT Tech.

  • i aint never goin to itt because all they ever have on their comercials is lazy ass mexicans and niggers, which makes me think that the schools are full of lazy ass mexicans and niggers. I'll stand by that till the day i die.

  • @BananaBreakable I applaud your principled stand on attending ITT. Because of your willingness to live by your beliefs, the student loan system will not suffer because you defaulted on a loan you could not repay because you're too stupid to get a job, manage the loan, or worse, are one of those geniuses who thinks they can scam the system by attending ITT and then declaring bankruptcy on graduation (not knowing that they can't declare bankruptcy on student loans).

  • @BananaBreakable You will also not waste one minute of any faculty or staff member's time better spent on a student who, attending school in your stead because of the vacancy you create with your useful absence, actually has a future. Plus, you will spare them the aggravation of listening to you trying to claim it's their fault "that Ah ain't done lernt nuthin' from mah edji-ma-cation at ITT!" Thank you, on behalf of many grateful people, you ignorant, shit-kicking moron.

  • I went to a CSU univ and it's not what it is played out to be. It is cheaper, but it is a lot harder to learn over there so it's not better for everybody.

  • PURSUANT TO ITEM #4: if you are surprised to find that your GPA wound up under the shithammer because your instructor neglected to take the necessary time to explain to you that getting a dismal grade in his/her class is a foreseeable/predictable outcome associated with totally blowing off the final, then I most certainly recommend you quit school so as to free up a seat for someone who may actually have a future.

  • STILL MORE NOTES: 3) if you think boring-ass classes, difficult teachers, and grade inflation are some sort of ITT thing not found in public universities: congratulations, you're a clueless twit. 4) @ArcaneDragonX: you are unquestionably one of the biggest dumbasses in this thread. I believe the consensus of opinion in academia is that not bothering to so much as show up for the fucking class-- never mind gaffing off assigned coursework-- is a serious detriment to a quality education.

  • MORE NOTES: 2) if you think $30K is steep price to pay for matriculating a tech school, try looking up the cost per credit-hour of the local "real" college. Bear in mind that those numbers do not factor in ancillary expenses incurred by having your pants pulled down over of things like parking permits, lab equipment, and sadistically over-priced textbooks that are "required reading" for classes led by the guy who wrote the damned thing because he needs to get "published" to get tenure.

  • @usergreg1498 He's paying 30,000 for an associates degree dumb ass. That is an astounding amount. You can get an associates from CC for 2500 at the most. Most of the time, you can go to CC for FREE!

Calm your loser ass down. Stop trying to justify the 30,000 you spent on ink covered toilet paper. Do you have a job yet?

  • @Indierocklova Wow, that sure was humbling. Instead of trying to come up with a lucid, cogent, or defensible counterpoint to anything I said, you come in here bitching about how this guy allowed himself to get bent over on the cost of tuition when he could have gotten the same degree for a fraction of that amount, if not for free. And telling me this supposedly shows what a "dumbass" I am.

  • @usergreg1498 Yes it does. You are making it seem as though it is alright for this company (not a school) to charge someone 30,000.00 (not including the 17.9%/+ interest) for an associates degree in a field that is being outsourced by the minute. Who in their right state of mind would pay 30,000 for an associates! There are people who have a masters degree who do not have 30,000 in loans! Not to mention all CC credits transfer, and if you do well enough you'll get a scholarship to a 4 year.

  • @Indierocklova 1) ITT is (depending on location) accredited to award Associates, Bachelors, and Masters degrees...but isn't a school? 2) The guy said he got his loan through SLMA; SLMA doesn't charge 17.9% on loans, you drooling idiot. 3) The guy is also blaming ITT for the fact that SLMA is sending him letters telling him that they expect him to pay back the money he was loaned. I think it's just a tad unfair to blame ITT for the fact that this dickhead...

  • @Indierocklova 3) ...doesn't seem to know what a "loan" is, or that he has a whole slew of options for dealing with paying it back that are infinately more effective and constructive than making himself look like a moron with 50 seconds of witless sarcasm on YouTube. For one thing, as long as he is still enrolled at ITT, he should be eligible for a full deferment until he graduates, whether he is actually learning anything, or just wasting his time making himself look like 'tard.

  • @Indierocklova 4) I guess every single person attending ITT is not in their "right mind" since they are all paying what they do for their ITT degree. 5) "Outsourced by the minute"? What the fuck are blathering about? The entire IT industry is being "outsourced by the minute"? Hardly. Same as Drafting, Elecronics, and Multimedia and Game Design. I guess the reason why "there's never a cop when you need one" is that when you dial 911, you have to wait while...

  • @Indierocklova 5) ... the company in India to whom law enforcement for your jurisdiction was outsourced sends a cop all the way from Mumbai to respond. 6) You might want to do the student and alumni population of ITT a favor and stop "sticking up" for them, at least until you can figure out a better form of advocacy then making them all out to be idiots and suckers.

  • NOTE TO THE OTHER IDIOTS BITCHING ABOUT ITT: 1) I graduated from a "real" college with a Master's Degree in Info Systems Management; in the 10 years hence, I've had some great jobs and some shit jobs in between; there are many reasons for this, but none of them has to do with my school failing it's solemn duty to place me in a cushy job making fat piles of cash, or the failure of prospective employers to acknowledge that they owe me such a job because I have a college degree.

  • Question for the acerbic comic genius who created this jewel of biting sarcasm and wit: am I to understand you're mad at ITT because SLMA is on your back about your debt with them? I suppose you blame ITT for being a clueless half-wit who assumes a $30K debt without getting even the faintest idea of how to manage it. Did you bother to look into options like a forbearance, deferment, or interest-only payment schedule? Or were you too busy making an ass of yourself with witless attempts at satire?

  • The guy in this video seems very smart! I think that ITT really did let him down. Now lets fly some paper airplanes!

  • @davehartllc and play World or Warcraft all day, while flipping back and forth to internet porn!

  • Continued from below again..

Now Im attending ITT. I talk to lots of kids and you know what...The smart ones have already gotten jobs in the field. Personally I know atleast 5 people who have graduated from different associates degrees at ITT and guess what....They all have jobs that are in their field of study. Anyway

TLDR: The grass is always greener on the otherside.

  • @intevai What are you studying there? I am thinking about going there for the Information System Security route. Is the hands on training worth while there?

  • Im in CEET(Computer electronics engineering) My program is extremely hands on, we have a 2 hour lab literally every night studying how different circuits work.

Informatio system security sounds good. I would not however go to ITT for Criminal justice, or multimedia/game design those are programs that will take you no where.

  • i totally agree man. I'm thinking about going and as I've posted on other ITT rage videos, it seems those that have negative things to say about it are not a very intelligent. It's like the ones that hate on ITT are the ones that had their parents force them to go to take classes and they're lazy terds. So they won't find employment because they lack discipline.

  • yeah intervai is right, i know 2 guys that both got co-ops from itt in their first year. these are of course rarer situations but the reality is they make more then my sous-chef azz and they recieved enough training to not get fired. You can also test out of the bullshit GED type classes and get straight to business too.

  • Continued from below......So after a while of sitting in classes with hundreds of students and talking to all kinds of kids, none of whom knew what the fuck they were going to do after graduating, I decided to drop out. My friends stayed and graduated from what is now considrered one of the top 20 business schools in the nation and guess where that degree got them....No where. They work $10 an hour jobs that have nothing to do with what they learned at a regular college.....

  • Continued from Below....Since its a big university the classes are all very generic and broad. The extent of my computer science degree was...Java 1 and 2 and Visual basic 1 and 2 and a networking class. THATS IT. all the rest of the classes were pure general education garbage like Health and fitness, Composition 1 and 2, Economics, Drawing...yes you have to take some kind of art class, Thats just to name some of the worthless crap you pay for at a Regular 4 year college....Continued.....

  • Personally I havent had any problems with ITT.

at 18 I was accepted to a few regular colleges and decided to try one out. I attended an accredited 4 year college for 2 years trying to get a degree in Computer Science. It was complete crap. At big universtys the PHD professors dont give a flying fuck about their students. They can fail every single student in the class and keep their job because they have tenure. So literally there are classes where 50% fail.....Continued

  • I have a BA in business. so do you think that computer networksystem training at ITT will help me.

  • I wanna go to ITT tech and then go to med school. ITT TECH rocks!!!

  • @bodies42099 i think you'll have a better chance at getting your Ph.D's at a med school, then earning an associates degree at itt.

  • ITT is a Tech school. if you go there for a tech degree then you are getting your moneys worth. I have my degree in computer engineering and have gone to skills USA and placed WAY higher then most students from local and state universities. You get 10 times the hands on at itt then you do anywhere else.

Anyone who goes for criminal justice needs their heads checked. Get that degree at a local school and toss it directly into the trash.. it will be worthless!

  • yea man you get tons of hands on experience....because the teachers dont help worth a donkey's ass...

  • @blackgaurdsmash if the damn teacher ever give you assistance, which in my case, he didn't give a flying fuck about me but lectures on world war 2 and vietnam. Hence, my instructor was a vietnam vet.

  • I went to ITT. Loooong story short, Please do not waste your money at ITT!

  • @niltomega What about people like me? I attended ITT Tech- graduated and landed a job with the U.S. Government! I think lazy ass kids give the institution a bad name. Hey, I'm not saying ITT is the best thing since sliced bread but damn! I've seen how some students just don't give a damn about focusing and studying, they graduate knowing nothing and then blame the school.

  • dont go. <-- CNS graduate from ITT Torrance campus and it is really a waste of time and money. I make great money now at my current job but, it is no thanks to ITT. Dont sign up for this scam.

  • Glad I didn't spend 30K + 2yrs. for a questionable degree. Shouldn't they be shut down?

For the cost of an associate's degree at ITT Tech, I could earn 6 associate's degrees at my community college!

  • Yes it does, i checked into going for my criminal justice degree, it was going to cost me $45,000 for a 2 year associates degree.

  • Sallie Mae ripoff Ron Paul 2012 for President

  • so itt tech sucks?

  • Your right ITT Tech is a rip off Hey check out my ITT video LOL

  • i go to itt tech right now but after seeing all these video i think i fucked up but im stuck and another there is a guy in my class that transfered from the universty of miami wtf!!

  • why the hell would the dude transfer from a university to ITT?? its usually the other way around? anyway......i knew a dude that transfered from devry to cal poly pomona...and he thought devry blew major ass...then again others have said they like it...so to each his own

  • why do you think you are stuck? just go to another school. your credits may not transfer, your financial aid can continue while you are still a student.

  • What classes are you taking

  • seriously, my CNS instructor's wife had a baby so he missed two consecutive weeks...so we had the english teacher fill in so for both classes we didnt learn shit!, just recently before i quit, i had a substitute teacher for some group class and we watched Apollo 13!? im paying thousands of dollars to watch Apollo 13?

  • ceet

  • Hey I understand what you mean. I have a similar experience with the Art Institutes. For Profit schools are big trouble. I wish you the best of luck in your future education.

  • I went to ITT in Murray UT and that school was completely worthless. Some of the instructors we fucking crazy, one was in and out of jail all the time, another constantly hit on all the female students. The school had no curriculum at all, it was a free for all and each teacher taught what they wanted. Total chaos. Then they asked me if i wanted to go another year for bachelors. i told them no way in hell.

  • Ibelieve every word

  • ITT sucks your balls off and spits them up your ass.

  • ive been going to itt tech for four months now and i know it sucks, but what will happen if i quit!?

  • If you quit, you have to pay back all the loans that you got.

  • quit and go to a real school....your financial aid will still apply.....stop the bleeding now!!!

  • What kind of classes do you get??

  • i actually just quit a couple weeks ago and am now deciding what to do with my life....the classes you get suck, they are like highschool...listen.. i actually failed a math class on purpose and they gave me a C grade but the two classes i kinda tried in i got a d- and F.

  • Actually, this is quite common in multiple instances. ITT Tech purposely inflates grades to stop people from failing their classes. If they fail a class, they actually lose money. I purposely didn't do any of the work for my "Composition I" course. I ended up with a D after being told that not doing my final would cause me to fail. Guess who didn't show up to class that day? Turns out that the only thing that actually matters is overall attendance. Just being there gets you a passing grade...

  • It's a for profit school so there you go #1 priority is to make money not give a good education. They don't even get legit books they make their own books which is filled with mistakes across the board. Doing this guess what saves them money on that front and oh yea they raise tuition on a regular basis more often then any University out there.

  • 80k for a BSEE? Hardly. Find yourself a solid public institution if you can't get a scholarship to the private ones.

  • hey $30k in debt is not bad compared to $80k in debt going to a 4 year private university, although an BSEE and physics degree is worth more =/

  • i was desperate to get into a college in 2005. i chose itt tech in norfolk, va and im sorry of getting myself in this financial earthquake. some of the classes & teachers were whack (unchallenging, no run for my money), no credits are transferable and the tuition is almost 40,000, for what.. A whack ass education!! If I had to do it all over in 2005, I would've went to ODU, Virginia Wesleyan, least NSU, etc. If everything fails, ill go to college all over again! Student loans ugh!!

  • i spent $30 on a book and self taught myself web design....ITT is a scam...remember ...we are all out there to make money...even if it means to hurt others.

  • I went to ITT tech as well in Henderson Nevada....and let me tell you. It sucked major nuts. The instructors never had an answer for your questions.....it was always. "Let me get back to you on that one...." and they never did. They would even joke about working there.

  • Seriously everyone, if you have been screwed over by ITT Tech contact their directors in Indianapolis, IN. Speak first with Karen at 317-875-8640. If you bash her enough she will most likely tell you to submit your complaint in writing and will forward you to speak to Christopher Carpentier at 317-706-9200. If nothing is settled contact your state and then contact the Accrediting Council. I am currently working on my own dispute and this may help some of you.

  • ITT Tech is smart. Gets all the desperate idiots who are too lazy to enroll in a real community college, makes them take this joke of an entrance exam to make it seem serious, bundle them up with a loan officer that'll approve your $40k tuition for one semester of classes that the salesman( aka Recruiter) swears by. You'll wind up having to pay all this money for a joke of a degree. The credits arent transferable either. I wonder why.

  • I truly feel sorry for people that get suckered into these technical schools...for half the price and 10x the value they could've gotten a real. ABET accredited, 4 year engineering degree at a state university...

  • Beware ITT salesman(err ahem reps). They are con artists and will sign you up for a $40,000 *associates degree* or an $80,000 bachelor. $80,000 for a joke degree!!!!

  • is IT different from CIS class?

  • I don't know which ITT TECH you attend (meaning everyone who's posting a complaint), but the one I'm at is perfect to every word they've promised. Most of you complain for "not learning" or "not having a job". That's not entirely ITT's fault, it's yours. Grow up and stop whining.

  • That may be true in your case, but the program in which I had completed stated life time guarantee of job placement. Well They did not honor that and was the reason why they were sued and program discontiued. Luckily, I moved on to get my masters and have a great job. NOT FROM THE HELP OF ITT TECH>

  • NEVER go to a technical school!!! Everybody pass it on

  • also if it has a commercial that means they are desperate for people to join. Im still in high school if i fuck up down the road i have a emergency plan either fire man or police officer. they get paid a lot, heck if i really fuck up i would use my pandemic plan ups.

  • Everyone needs to go to It Takes Time . org, share your stories and read others about ITT Tech and the scam. Help start a class action lawsuit.

  • sorry to say dumbass but i go to itt tech in green bay and its not a fucking scam. everyone here is just lazy fucking worthless assholes to cant admit its their problem they dont succeed! get a life and grow up!

  • With a mouth like that, I believe you go to ITT Tech. And if you're working for fifteen dollars an hour, id say you're pretty screwed. You could have gone to a community college for 1/10 the cash and taken classes that transfer to a REAL school. Who is the dumbass indeed?

  • so if itt tech sucks can you tell me the best

web designing, tecnology, game developing college please because i wont to get in a hard to get in college and want to do the followings

  • When I first went to sign up they promised all of these things I was going to learn. Besides the crappy art class, I was also put in a business class. Guess what we learned there? We learned about microsoft WORD for 3 whole months. The instructor photo copied an outdated book about microsoft word 98 when we were using vista... Why learn about word for 3 months in a business class?! The instructor just didn't want to do shit LMAO what a scam of a school.

  • They tell you all of these things to get you to sign up. And once you do, they forget about you. My counciler never talked to me again after I signed the papers LMAO. After 6 months, they didn't put me in a SINGLE class that they promised I would be in during my first 3 months. I was taking an art class learning to draw cubes and spheres when they told me I was going to be in a class learning to build computers from scratch. I renamed it shITT TECH

  • thats because you have to take the basic required classes for that program you dumb shit! i didnt know shit when i started at itt tech and now i got a job fixing and building computers at a custom computer place while im in school. all of you are just fucking retarded or too lazy and big fucking whine bags!

  • I graduated from ITT Tech and now I live with my mom and I work at Wing Stop. I also like to eat cheese sandwich's and the garage that I live in is really comfortable

  • @aaronreeder and let me guess, you got a master's degree there didn't yah!

  • why do people attend publicly traded for profit schools?

Itt tech, university of phoenix, kaplan online... scammers.

  • The problem is these schools put themselves out there...they advertise during the day, pay top dollar to show up prominently on search engines, and have "admissions advisors" with one mission: sell the dream. I have heard so many horror stories come out of these places. I almost went to DeVry, but on my first day, I withdrew because I found out the truth from past students. The best thing for anyone is to steer clear of these places.

  • LMAO, good video man. The ITT tech schools do sound like ultimate shit.

  • My husband will soon graduate frm ITT tech here in SD & he is so disappointed right now. Applied for a master and he will not be accepted from that school 4 master bcoz they said ITT tech is not an accredited school something like that. I also remember b4, he tried to apply for a job & he was rejected too bcoz again they said its not an accredited school. Now we're worried,w/ all the time & money he spent we feel really bad. I hope ITT can do something about it though but oh well...

  • Is ITT a fraud school like Everest College?

  • i agree im in ITT and i love it, but that was to damn funny especially "shit monkey moron" LMAO im still laughing

  • LMAO....SHit Monkey Moron......I like ITT though...I go to ITT.

  • I was reading the comments...and the funniest thing posted....was by itzsandog....who thinks that going to art institute is a step up....its more like taking a step to the side...Itt, Art Institute, Westwood college....all these school are ripping off people.......My niece was thinking of applying to the art institute...So we went to check it out...100 grand for a 3 year non professionally acredited degree in her field of choice....Art institute is a non reputable

  • I agree with you .... be a good uncle and stop your niece from attending its just another student loan farming scam

  • But the teachers and class were below average if you ask me. I can't complain because I learned something and now I can fend for myself. Sorry for so much writing but I would say if you have other options go with it, if not then ITT may be for you, but don't expect to make millions when you get out. And pay attention, study more than what your teachers offer, because they WILL PASS YOU ANYWAY!!! So you will have a false sense of learning. I went to chesapeake va campus.Question your school, etc

  • Fortunately, on my job interview they asked me a question that I knew the answer to and that is why I was hired in the 1st place. It was not that difficult of a question, but I did gain enough knowledge to keep my head above water. But was it worth 30,000, only the student could answer that. I am sure most would answer no, and I do not blame you. It depends on your life, where you came from, how much you made, if you had time to go to a traditional college etc.

  • The classes were not well instructed. I can say I learned, but very small amounts of info. that actually retained to when I got my job. I study from home now, programming servers, databases. The best thing about ITT other than their mediocure training is probrably there virtual library. I will never go back there again. I still owe close to 20K but with my perserverance I am still going, growing, and learning. I would not say I regret ITT, but I would say it does not live up to the hype.

  • Yes people ITT sucks, I got my degree in Networking. I payed attention in school and I must say where I am working now ITT did nothing to help me get here but send out my resume. I would not put people down like others do though. Everyone makes mistakes, but don't be discouraged. Keep pursuing what it is you love to do and studying in your field. I started out at just over 10 bucks per hour. Now I am around 17 & I am switching companies soon to make hopefully at least 45K.

  • I'm glad i go to a 4 year University where my degree is worth something. I pay only a fraction of what IIT tech people pay.

  • I went to ITT and caught 45k right after graduation and I'm getting a masters UNC Charlotte.I also know people that graduated at Vanderbilt and have no job.ITT set me straight..yall probably just lazy as fuck and expected the jobs to find you.

  • How many times can I view this vid and laugh?! I now go 2 the Westwood College a few blocks north of it.

The question I didn't ask was this. Were u actually in ITT when you shot this?

  • who said anything about art institute?

  • i didn't say cut. the teacher came up behind me and said it.

  • I would've liked 2 see all of this if u didn't say "cut!"

  • EZSPARTAN117 ITT Tech is only good for setting students up with a $40k-$85k debt.Spend your money somewhere else. The reason you think ITT Tech is good,is because you went somewhere else and obtained a degree or certification that is valued or you like a college where no effort and students can pass by just showing up to class half of the time.

Repair missile systems for the government is obtained by being in the miltary, not by a degree at ITT Tech.
