The Malbork castle was build by both Poles and Germans, these were the territories of old Prussia, in 16. Century Poles and Germans lived together in peace :) only Hitler fucked up our relationship. But I still like Germans, i'm half polish-german.

Nice to see Malbork Castle again. Good job with reconstruction after WWII demolition. Lots of good memories there and in town. Friendly bunch of people living there. Was having beers at a pub inside one of the outer towers closer to the main bridge on river Nogat.

They did. There wer no survivors and no one has any written record of the last days of Marienbourg. The killing of civilians can never be justified and those responsible should have been tried in the war crimes tribunal

Polish and German have been so much interwoven over centuries that one cannot claim that a beauty like this one belongs to one country or the other.
