in the uk the dell 15z which is a dell inspiron 15z has a duo core 1.3 gig cpu. the laptop hes showing you is the inspiron 15z which is slim, unless dell will be adding i5 cpus in them in uk. i am abit confused. as i cant even find these on the dell usa website.

this laptop is trash it breaks down after two weeks and i've done nothing wrong with it. no viruses nothing this thing is trash just smash it and shoot yourself if you buy it. by the way best buy customer service is worse than having drunk people take your order at Mc Donald's.

i got a dell studio 1555 that i bourt for 1500 at the start of last year when they first came out. they have excellent customer support. when it was overheating and shit i rang them, got a repairman over 2 days later and he replaced the motherboard,fan and heatsink. dell is a great company and the new studio 15 looks like a great laptop! i am very happy with mine it does everything i want it too. usualy css on average 120fps mark. thats with the 256mb graphics and 2.4 ghz dual core.

I've had a Dell engineer come out within 3 hours of calling them to replace the PSU in one of my servers. That's on standard warranty. Customer support is Dell's best feature, and it's better than any other PC manufacturer. It's just a shame their products don't live up to the same standard.

@LuNYMiK3Y You can either center the touchpad on the letter part of the keyboard or on the combined letter and number keypads. The former feels like the touchpad is shifted to the left and the latter feels like the touchpad is shifted to the right. This wasn't a problem when keyboards were not full-sized & did not have separate number keypads. IMHO, either way takes some getting used to but the latter (right shift) is better for people who use their number pads a lot. I don't.
