@danballarin ..Wolfgang was able to make campus board with a finger, and he climbed the 9a grade........I'm not a true climber, I've never tried climbing difficult although I would have the strength to do,I live in the middle of the plain far from the mountains; I'm not interested at the moment to go there so I don't know what is my grade! :)
@mrkiky ..accidents are more frequent in tendons near joints (fingers and elbow). in rare cases even bone fractures but only in cases of violent trauma; during the exercises you see in the video the only risk is to damaged a tendon or the surface of the skin due to the strong friction

All you do is pull up with both arms, lock off, and slowly let go with one hand. Hold as long as possible. Come down as slow as possible when you can't hold anymore. Then do the other arm. Do lots of Triceps work to help avoid tendinitis in the elbow! Very important! It's learning it, in Reverse! If you do this just 10 times a day with each arm, maybe 5 days a week, after a few months, you'll go to try a 1 arm and to Your amazement, you'll totally pull it off! And since you worked both arms equ
I came up with my own training technique on 1 arm pull ups. I finally did my first one with my left arm first and I'm right handed. About 2 minutes later I did my first one with my right arm too. Dead hang to fully locked off! So I'd say my training technique worked. I have to say I felt pretty good achieving the 1 arm pull up with both arms. True 1 arms, opposing hand just dangles at your side. You don't use it for anything. Here's how I did it, very easy...
I'm 115-120 pounds, with 8-9% body fat. I'm not cut, I'm shredded. I'm a strong climber and have worked campus boards. But I can't do everything this guy does....DAMN! That single middle finger work is Extremely Impressive!! And my guess is he weighs 160-180. Which makes it even crazier in the mind of a guy my size. Wow!! Hardcore!
@Mrclimbergawronski to make a strong body,it is necessary to train a wide range of movements, especially those where each athlete is not as strong so I think the best thing is to alternate the type of exercises!

@ClimbingChrispy it certainly takes a lot of efford! i managed to pull myself about half way up with one arm! that was the point, where i thought its doable, before that i thought i will never be able to do it! i am doing normal chin ups with extra weight every day. my bodyweight is 88 kilos at the moment and with extra weight i am around a 100, how heavy are you? and how many normal wide grip chin ups can you do?

@heibiondo83 amaising!!! Is that training? Because many people keep telling me, that you have to be born to do pull ups with one arm, which means you cant train to that point! Is that true?
I can do 20 pull ups with a very wide grip, alomost as wide as my arms can reach, but i am far from being able to do even a single pull up with one arm! Maybe i am to heavy, my bodyweight is about 200 lbs.
Do you think with a lot of training and loosing weight its possible to do a pull up with one arm?greetz

..no,that's not true. no one is born able to do pull ups with one arm but with the right training anyone can do it!
..first of all you try to lose some fat if you think you are overweight then you train specifically for that goal and in a few months you will make!
