look on the fone buttons its got 1 then abc in small so say if u wanted to type abc, it would be 111 because they're on the 1 button, then d,e,f on 2, etc

btw if troy isnt a cop then why was he holding a badge...and i have one more theory the saints might have thought that you were a undercover cop because some info was leaked on them or something but the real cop was troy and after you die the saints might not figure out that troy was the cop so they killed the wrong person....thats just a thoery of mine

No, Troy is an undercover cop but was promoted to Cheif of Police after the Saints take Stillwater. They pretty much explain that in SR2 in the recordings at the police station.
