@030ma3xa Simple, you just have to follow the blue light in the sky with the angel floating in the middle until you arrive to a destroyed city, then take the main road to the center, finally be sure to find a high ground position to take the shot (an easy way to get one is to find a sniper, dead or alive (it doesn't matter), it will tell you that's a good place) and there you got it, one hell of a picture. =]
