  • Don't know why but my favourite bit of this is just Frank saying "This kid's got guts!"

  • Things don't change. I heard that we collide with an asteroid tomorrow.

  • You don't get this level of great talent on bloody x factor

  • looove this movie.....bought it and watch it alot....cant get enuff of these two! If we could just bring them back for one last show!! How awesome that would be!!

  • There are no words for how cool that is.

  • i wish artist today would make this music or at least cover the songs i would like to know how that would sound

  • @MultiFroggies ohh i totally agree but there is someone that sings music like this michael buble hes a crooner and he sings all the sinatra songs i love his music i cant wait for his christmas album to come out

  • @sarafranco100 i know him it comes close yes

  • @sarafranco100 Bublé has a superb voice, granted, but with Sinatra it was SO much more than that; it was who he was, where he came from, the period in America that he helped to define, Kennedy, Monroe, Gardner, Sam Giancana, Vegas, Rat Pack, Bobby-Soxers...these were the qualities that he brought to his performances, and that's why he remains (in my eyes) unrivalled.

  • @ReynardWrecce i you know what i cant even argue with that because your totally right no one can match the amazing talent that was Frank Sinatra

  • @MultiFroggies Robbie Williams covered this song with Jon Lovitz on his 2001 album "Swing When You're Winning".

  • 2 of the greatest singers since like forever!! could you get better?

  • This is so good... they are both so good... I don't know who to watch... so I watch it repeatedly, focusing on one, and then the other... Sinatra was such a Crosby fan, this must have been an enormous kick for him... and Cole Porter wrote it. And they were all Homo Sapiens... and you are, too...

    AREN'T YOU PROUD?

  • I don't think love is a strong enough word...

  • Please can someone tell me what the pastiche is at 1:44? I've heard it in concert before, and I still can't remember. Sounds Straussy... Help!

  • @jazzlover06 ... I am sure it's 'The Blue Danube'... I think so anyway, I hope so... Honestly I really hope it is... hee hee... Best regards from Wales UK ... :0)x

  • @wenglishsal Thanks for the reply! I really don't want to come across as punctilious, but my obsessive compulsion led me to my local music nerd who confirmed it was Der Fledermaus. Right composer, wrong piece. :) Honestly, I really hope this is right, else this could be quite awkward ;) Best Regards from London ... :0)x

One thing we can agree on is that this song is great.

  • I love frank sinatra and I also love bing Crosby so they make a great team

  • i love this song but it comes from nowhere in the film and I don't understand it

  • Jesus? Oh Brother..... What a swell party this is... <'

  • Jesus bless you all, Jesus coming for his kingdom

  • Who? Who on earth could do that now!

  • @Mojosbigstick

    no one there all crap

  • This is a time when people sang because they could sing not because of technology

  • i want to see the actual film now XD

  • @robloxrules55 It is a TERRIBLE Movie... Based on the play "The Philadelphia Story", (Movie by Jimmy Stewart and Kathrine Hepburn). It is deeply sexist to the point of misogyny... However.. If you isolate the music.... It is Awesome. The Philadelphia Story, if you are interested in the actual storyline... is much better. And I don't think you can find a better comparative example in Cinema of Great Actors vs Great Singers.

    Cheers

    Kit

    Cheers

  • wish i was born 50 odd years ago...

  • I wish I was a fly on the wall when these 2 greats sang together!

  • who the FUCK could be disliking THIS? you must be braindamaged both of you... or just deaf i guess...

  • Love this song from this movie.

  • You have to watch BBC proms Celebration of MGM musicals, Seth Macfarlane and curtis Stigers do an incredible job with the brilliantly talented John Wilson Orchestra. They just finish a tour on 5th December and I saw it in Glasgow royal concert hall - it was literally breathtaking!

  • How did the cameras not blow up??

  • I love this song from this movie! Bing and Frank-how great!

  • If I'm not mistaken Sinatra is singing the harmony during the first half of this number while Crosby sings the melody. Then, halfway through the song, they switch and Crosby sings harmony while Sinatra takes the melody. Not a bad way to divide it up.

  • Have you heard? It's in the stars next july we colide with mars!

  • Me and my bff have this whole skit memorized and pretend to be Frank and Bing and go around singing this all the time. (:

  • this is a very good video

  • love ;it

  • They don't make singers and song writers like this any more! Frank, Bing and Cole Porter, second to none!

  • This is my fave scene from this movie "hey that's what I was gonna say!"

1:38 my fave part of my fave part XD These guy are SO awesome!!

  • I love this song and this movie!!

Technical trivia: did anyone notice that Bing takes Frank's glass at the bar, and that Frank takes Bing's full glass?

  • i did this song with my matey in a contest .these guys are fantastic

  • yeah one of the best.

  • love them

  • blanky and fling were alright

  • Equisite

  • They're the original party animals

  • don't dig dat kinda croonin, chum. rofl. hilarious!

  • Bing shows who's the real king of crooning!

  • same here

  • Sophisticated!!!

  • Well did you evah? Never, because nowadays there are no crooners like Frankie and Bing.

  • @almecor Robbie Williams and Jon Lovitz don't do a bad job.

  • 2 of the best musical talents there ever was.

  • They added this song into the movie when they realized that there wasn't a song for them to sing together. I'd say they picked a good one.
