  • I first heard the opening to 'Footloose', then here comes the Gunn. Mr. Allen plays how he wants.

  • Jazzmasterish, looks almost identical, maybe a different named painted on.

  • Wonder the name of the guitar Davie's playing?

  • awesome!!!!!! cool version!

  • sounds good but timings off a little SLOW down

  • THAT'S A REAL GUITAR HERO!!! and playin' for fun!! TOOO MUCH!

  • I dig it, but what's all the rushing about? Mancini had the right groove, why mess with it. -a Blasters fan

  • @HunterMann I agree. They probably should have studied my band's new Peter Gunn video before trying to perform this. You don't want to change classic songs like this too much. We took the time to learn the parts correctly and it shows.

  • Still going after all these years. His group did the song, Blue's Theme from the 1966 movie with Peter Fonda, "The Wild Angels."

  • guitarist dude, you are SO badass!

  • Duh!!! Whaddya expect, full studio produced sound?? These guys kick ass no matter how ya slice it!

  • The Guitar abit too loud over the Bass and Drums..:)

  • Excellent. Music at it's coolest. Great job on all 3. Nice to preserve these old tunes the way they are supposed to sound.

  • Just getting into surf music again after all these years and i thought the Ventures was the only surf band besides the Surfaris and the Chantays.Davie Allen and Arrows rock on dudes!

  • If you're in the LA area this weekend (July 15, 2006), there's a mega surf rave up at Safari Sams. Davie will be on the bill with the Insect Surfers and the Boardwalkers! Go! Travel! Be There!

  • None of the above played at the show I taped, but "Shapes of Things to Come" might go up as soon as I have a chance.

  • The songs from the "Devils Angels" soundtrack were great - stuff like "Hole In The Wall," "Hell Rider," and "Devils Angels Theme." It'd be cool to see vids of those (you never know). :)

  • I have some tunes by these guys on an old '60s movie soundtrack LP for the movie "Devil's Angels" (biker flick from back in the day). GREAT album too.

  • i hate you

  • Haha, what's to hate? (=
