Technically, the easiest SMW level (to my knowledge) is Star World 3. All you have to do is run to the exit. Although you won't progress in the star road for that exit, it's still the easiest way to beat any level. That is, unless you count the Top Secret Area in the Donut Plains, where all you have to do is walk out, but that doesn't count as a level to my knowledge.
