Bad side affects

-slippery phone

-not really protected against all scratches (doesn't protect whole phone)

-has a glare/reflection

-just sucks ass period

UR phone will b much better protected by a Real Case

@CIHAMIPViDs I don't see how rubber can be slippery. Of course you can't protect the whole phone if you just ask for the screen. The area that the material covers, it protects. We do have full body options that do cover the whole phone unless you have an older device that doesn't meet demands.

@iDavidHanLee i had full protection on my iphone 4, my screen shattered as a result of a small drop... i guarentee if i had a real case or more heavy duty one this would not have happend now i have to pay 120 just to repair the screen....n thats proof that this shit doesnt protect it

I just got this on my BlackBerry Torch yesterday, good so far, but their is still some hazing on it a day after...overall its OK, only costs $35 US

This product sucks, had it intalled on my BB Torch and now it doesn't work, asked for what could be done and the rep for the Miami stores in Dadeland mall said nothing, to read the signs, they are not liable for ANY damage their product could cause, so a US$25 investment might endup costing me hundreds. Sad part they dont even trust their own product.

And all you people talking about dents and water and dropping it need to get a clue. Ghost Armor, Invisible Shield, Phantom Skinz, and the like are for SCRATCH PROTECTION. A three foot drop is a three foot drop no matter how scratch proof your product is.

I like Ghost armor on my screen, but I don't like the way it looks on anywhere else. The fact that it doesn't fully cover the corners bugs me, there appears to be a lot of tiny little spots underneath the screen cover, and i personally liked the way the phone felt without the ghost armor. However, the touchscreen feels much better with the cover on in my opinion.

You mentioned two things that I wonder if you can expand upon:

1) The grippiness factor. I wondered whether it was any different than Invisishield. I know the grippiness you mention, and on the back I'm fine with that. But on the screen, I love smoothness.

2) You said that you don't like the feel of the edges (of the separate pieces of the armor). I wonder about the fuzz, etc. that could gather on those edges from being in your pocket. It makes it look less attractive. True? Not?

I wouldn't recommend a habit to apply such pressure to the LCD.

But it for sure seems to protect from scratches.

As others have commented, I yelled out loud, "Don't do it!" when you went to scratch at the touch screen like that, but good for both Ghost Armor and HTC for standing up to the abuse!

ghost armor and invisible shield are both awesome. The guys in work with me didn't believe I had a screen protector on my N95, so I took a knife to the screen and they were like holy shit thats mad! It left a few indents on the protector, but the actual screen was fine... and the indents almost went completely after a few weeks. Very impressive

No, the Ghost Armor is a bunch of separate pieces. The phone opens and closes normally.

Higher is better in general. I don't know the exact res it uses for the two different backgrounds, but they are different because of the landscape vs. portrait orientation.
