These are sick. Do em at least once a day, 30-70+ rotations(differing weights) in either direction. Do em in front of you, above your head, laying down, all effective. Hold further out from body, doing larger rotations and going slower just makes these more intense. Very easy to work into any rotation, these are nice.

I did arms today, and my last execerise was 3 sets of 20,18, and 18 darness curls to the front and 3 reverse sets. Pretty good way to finish off. I had seen this video a while back and decided to finally incorporate them into the workout. They're dope! I went real light on them, because my arms were already toast.

WOW you look great! I wish I had staminia like you do to push myself that hard and work out. I am trying to loose weight now and I'm too lazy to work out! Maybe it will get better! Help...;-)

im 154lbs and been doing these with 20lb dumbells no problem. the thing i can't do much of is sit ups.

great for stamina but slow in real uses i.e punches, bench press etc tec
