  • Are those 40's? The smallest I have are 50's, but never tried rolling them in front of me, usually just do uppercuts and crosses until my delts wear out. I'll give it a shot when I hit the house this evening. Thanks for the heads up on a new technique.

  • These are sick. Do em at least once a day, 30-70+ rotations(differing weights) in either direction. Do em in front of you, above your head, laying down, all effective. Hold further out from body, doing larger rotations and going slower just makes these more intense. Very easy to work into any rotation, these are nice.

I did arms today, and my last execerise was 3 sets of 20,18, and 18 darness curls to the front and 3 reverse sets. Pretty good way to finish off. I had seen this video a while back and decided to finally incorporate them into the workout. They're dope! I went real light on them, because my arms were already toast.

I think it's so cool that people are coming up with new excercises, sometimes I wonder, why are we all doing the same old excercises of always, curls, benches, etc...when, there's actually so much more we can do! we all stick to basics, which is good, cause those exercises have been proven to work, throughout the years, but that doesn't mean there can't be other ways to train!..:)
