  • great. Thank you..

  • now show this on a cadaver.

  • Thoracic artery? Abdomenal artery? That artery has a name. Do you remember 'aorta'?

Artery is a type of vessel. It's not really the name of a vessel. Those would be your "thoracic aorta" and "abdominal aorta". There are many arteries in the thorax and abdomen so it's important to be specific.

  • coolness

  • was the hepatic portal veins/left right gonadal veins/ suprarenal veins/phrenic veins not on your list? not to sound like a dick but LEARN THEM ANYWAYS ^_^ the hepatic portal system is pretty nice, the celiac trunk gets complicated when you run through the pancreaticoduodenum arteries that run ASPD,PSPD,AIPD, and PIPD.

  • internal costal arteries run parallel to the ribs on the anterior/lateral/and posterior portions of the ribs. Best to identify it instead of just 1 view from the interior posterior thoracic wall, best to look at it from all angles, and dont forget the internal thoracic arteries especially during dissection which can sometime be cut and lost due to poor TA's.

  • Pronunciation needs work.

  • ah what about the breakdown of the cilliac artery?
