This particular theme is called ぜ-ERO. It's supposed to be a fusion of Zero (ぜ is the Japanese character ze) and ERO (which stands for pornographic or obscene material.)
The ぜ-ERO theme is usually about a virus that takes over zero, x, sigma, and the rest and makes them act really perverted and sex crazed. They are usually scene arguing over which girl has better breasts (oppai), or talking about each others dongs. (daikon, shinko, chinchin)
I'm surprised these aren't being done with EXE anime scenes. XD
