To put it on internet explorer you right click and click 'add to favourites', then it is the same except for you have to go to favourites when you want to add to RSS

mmk first of all he has done is provide a link to another website that has a RSS tool that creates RSS feeds easy for people. Other then that he explains nothing of RSS feeds.

Do you need anything else? You want an RSS feed, here's how to do it. There are plenty of tutorials on the web that go into the technical aspects. If you can't understand those, this is likely your only option.
