Why do people always say dubstep is 130 - 140 bpm. Dubstep has a very slow beat to it which is around 60 - 70 bpm. If the bpm were as high as people claim it to be, then the beat would be fast like breakbeats.

@TheWaynelds Dubstep is usually 140 BPM, it just sounds half that because the PULSE is slower. As in, it's mainly a kick on 1 and snare on 3.
