If you watched this, I am sure many of you would know this, the 2006 Willmar Cross Country Team was ranked 5th in the Nation when they were entering the 2006 Central Lakes Conference Cross Country Championship Meet. I witnessed it live when the Top 5 Semolian Boys placed a perfect Score in that Meet. I have been able to talk to some of the Semolian Boys before and they are great People. Just do not forget, the St. Cloud Area also has many Semolian Athletes, too. I have gone against them in T&F.

A more accurate view of Willmar's acceptance of the latino culture can be seen on the internet site for the Willmar paper (West Central Tribune). A great deal of racist, bigoted comments are left when there is an article about person with a hispanic name - good or bad.
