  • I ve been washing with those for many years now, they work fine. you just have to level them perfectly! stupid!

  • @2159money No, it's a piece of poorly designed shit.

  • Throw some more money at it to settle it down a bit. Works with politicians.

  • Hey GE, DO SUMTHING!!! >:(

  • Why can't America get front loading machines that work here in the uk there fine!

  • @AnoxlyFilms

Oh, we Americans can get good front loading clothes washers. However, as those would primarily be product from Asko or Miele, they aren't cheap.

  • I had the same models ONLY 3 years old!!! SAME PROBLESM!!!! NEVER EVER BUY GE!!!

I REALLY WISH the CEO of GE would use my machine maybe he would refund our MONEY?? But the CEO probably has a LG Washer!!

  • mine does the exact same thing. It sounds like a helicopter.

  • REMOVE TRANSIT BOLTS HAHA

  • There not junk you peopl don't know how to instal them. Take out the shipping bolts and make sure it's level bet it works fine

  • Let's call it by it's Spanish name-BASURAS!

  • please do not buy any GE they made junk... these come from Mexico... these GE Made In Mexico... of junk not good.. no good... these so Cheap... of these bitch Suck... but it was best LG is good.. they Made in Korea!!!

  • looks like you need it leveled. did you get it fixed yet?

  • Its having a bitch fit, it wnts out!!

this is what its trying to say "leave me alone!!

i dont give a damn about your knit ware, free me you shrew!!" lol

on a serious note though, most machines we get in Europe all move when imbalanced, but these machines are made by wuxi little swan and are unreliable!

  • Its a front loader, they all shake when off balance.

  • THE WORSE WASHES EVER BOUGHT,,,

  • My recomendations to ease your anger get a bobble head doll of your favorite character and/or a drink mixer with your choice of drink set them on top sit down see the Magic show after your bobble head makes you smile TADAHH!! your rewarded with a mixed drink. You'll be hitting that second spin cycle and it won't even bother you at all and will be looking forward to the shake, rattle, and rolling ohh excuse me my drink I mean my laundry is done.

  • I had same problem eventually motor gave up...GE service came 5 times replaced door switch, inverter, panel sensor, water pump and switch, motor....LOL wait! one more cheep plastic water dispenser was cracked thought fixed. I can wash not mire than 2 towels because rattle when spin OH NO, this is peace of junk.

I'm so disappointed, I'm calling GE washer haven't fix yet see what they gonna do!? I'll never buy GE again ever.

  • Our clothes stay damp with our GE Profile Front Loader Washer. It sucks. We called GE maybe 10 times already and they always say nothing is wrong with our machine. My mom begged them to put a load of clothes with soap and the techs would not do it. They always say nothing is wrong although they have not tested washing chothes.

  • your problem here is most likely the SHIPPING BOLTS are still inside and have not been removed.

  • @mgoblue111374

Take a look at the video. The inner drum is still moving up and down. Hardly possible with the shipping bolts inside. I gues the shock absorber are worn out.

  • HUH - I *see* a pedistal under the machine in the video. It has a drawer on it and it is NOT part of the macnine. (it is an add-on option which makes the machine unstable)

Dont blame GE, ALL front-load washers can jiggle like this,

*) Have you double-checked that the thing is perfectly-level?

*) Have you tried screwing down a sheet of 3/4 inch plywood to the floor? (single sheet

which is under BOTH the washer AND the dryer)

  • If we are on a second floor application than yes this is going to shake add peds and oh boy even worse. Also do yourself a favor next time don't buy a GE...LG.

  • I dont see what you are complaining about.l Take that stuff off the top of it and remove that pedistal. *ANY* machine that spins at those speeds needs a solid base to sit on. (which obviously this one does not have.)

  • @peeblestech Its not on a pedistal. Thats part of the machine

  • damn cheap american front load washers.... in germany we have front loaders since ages and never had that much problems with them like you in the USA....

your front loaders are just cra, believe me... go buy a Miele. they may cost a lil bit more but are the best... in the whole world!!!
