@barboraslo not sure if you've found the answer to this as yet or not but it's the adagio from Beethoven's piano concerto no 5. My all time favourite piece of music! It was used in Picnic At Hanging Rock too.

yes but in Dynasty Steven after surgery has been played by Jack COleman, here it's the same actress playing Stephanie, that's why it's more realistic

Well, not only that, but when they cut the bandages off, he had beautiful, pink, unscarred, flawless complexion. They didn't even bother to give him surgery scars or bruising or...well...anything.
