  • @NIFootie2010 Fat loss is a result of a calorie deficit i.e. you need to cut down on your calories. You can do any exercise you want.

  • this seems like it's a lot of impact on the wrists and a good way to get injured if you don't already have a fair amount of strength.

    i like those alternating pushups though, i've never been into weights, just cardio and calisthenics, and i never thought of doing those.

  • hey man just a quick question, u said do 6-8 reps max for power but what if i dont feel anything at the end of it? do i still stick to 8 reps or do more?

  • For those not dieting while exercising , you may lose a tiny bit of weight but not much. Hot green tea, water, carbs and protein in the morning. Veggies and fruit all day. Healthy oatmeal is a great snack also. Also, eating veggies or fruit and drinking water about a half hour before a main meal while trying to eat as many of the veggies that you can will help suppress your appetite before a main meal, Allowing less of a craving for refined sugars . Substitute fruit with low fat yogurt for snack

    Power doesn't come from size bud. Im sure this gentleman is super fast though, and If I may note the equation of power its Mass times Velocity.

    Consider him punching @100 Km/h versus a bodybuilder punching at a fraction of that. I assure you the faster punch willl hurt more.

  • I'm sorry! As soon as you said "don't worry about the quality of the movement" in dong these exercise i had to turn it off. Only if your lifting 1 rep max should you ever think quality will not be perfect!!!
