@freakygem16 I would steam them for about 15 minutes on med and 20 minutes on low/simmer =D You can always check without cutting into one by feeling the center...if it's firm, it's prob. cooked through =D
I Truly love all things Asian... Especially Food... I have a Good Korean Friend that owns a Restuarant she taught me how to make fresh dumpling wrappers... When she makes them they r sooooooo Goood... I am gonna do a vid response if that's okay with/u ....:)
@TheQueenKoKo I personally like my meat bleeeeding ....I forgot to mention that you can a). continue drizzling in a steady amount to continue lubricating the pan b). you can trap the heat with the top on in order to use less oil c). I've seen Chefs squirt in a bit of water too
You look really good with that glove on Angie!........:) Gyoza is one of my favorite fun foods! I love Asian foods you know! You make Gyoza look fun to make! Do you actually think I could keep Mandu in my fridge for 2 weeks!.......ha! No way Mamasan! Pu that fork and knife down!..............hands.................hands!..............They look lovely Angie, really good and in case you didn't know...............I love Asian food!...........:) Don't eat em all save some for me!
Angie, you have NO idea how happy this makes me!!!!! I used to make mandoo with my mom, and it's one of my favorite foods! I'm going to try your recipe when I get home.
This reminds me of a scary movie, but anyways may i share this with some friends cause they love this type of food and im sure they will enjoy your videos as much as i do, hope that brightens your day lols ^ ^♥
great video, lil quick on the transition though, I suggest expanding the timeline and shortening the fade transition, specially with pronounced audio, but other than that it was good :)
Thanks so much for showing this. I've eaten my weight in them while overseas, love them. While there I always figured the dough was made from rice since it's the only grain I ever saw. (1968) Thanks again, I'll have to try and find the wrappers locally :)
@TheSquishyMonster I was on a searchlight tank out of the JSA compound at Panmunjon. I was there when they released the crew of the Pueblo. Tough times but I wouldn't take a million for the experience.Loved the country and the people. It was against the law for us to eat their food but I managed to eat everything they ate :)
