Click the Developer tab, click Insert, and then click Scroll Bar in the Form Controls section.

There is no Excel 2008 (yet) but it works in Excel 2007 which is the latest version of Excel as of now.

All you need now is a Macro to keep clicking the Scroll bar button and have it go by itself
