  • Nice hard work, shitty song.

  • just wondering, why do you guys start from the hanging position instead of the floor? this video is great though. theres a lot of strong kids. at my highschool we are religious with our cleans haha

  • nice vid , dude was right though some terrible form but fuk it their workin it

  • BADASS VIDEO!!!!!!

  • @Smithdawgg I may have put some stock in your comment until I saw that you are a 22 year old who most recently liked a Fergie video!!!

  • 3:28 - 3:35 o.o

  • a power clean is when ur hips DONT drop below 90 degrees, or parallel on the catch. a full clean is when u do drop below 90 to catch the weight.

  • @BRETTWCHRISMAN I am glad to know that I am not the only one who understands that

  • @BRETTWCHRISMAN u do realize that he labeled them clean of power clean

  • Just wondering if this is the same Charlie Goodyear from Pace. You are doing an awesome job with this program.

  • great job there guys. notice the two guys who cleaned the most, had the best technique - not the other way around. i like the KB's and implementation of strongman stuff.

  • i hate those type of pull ups your guys do. but the program looks awesome, more of an industrial athlete type workout. the tire drills for the linemen look great too. wish we had done those.

  • A power clean is caught in the "power" position...it does not matter whether it is pulled from a high hang, low hang, or the floor. You need to do your homework before you make ridiculous comments.

  • I especially like that you took the time to point out that as you approach max loads the form will beginner to deteriorate.

Very impressive! Keep up the good work and best of luck to you and your Athletes!

  • Coach, I like the intensity in this video. I am reviewing with a few of my Athletes the various training videos circulating the web.

Many of the videos claiming to showcase Olympic lifts and/or strength training programs are absolutely horrendous! Yours is not one of them. This is definitely one of the better ones.
