but the record goes to John Lennon's band The Quarrymen, who took 50 years to reunite (all original members present besides John). They last played in 1959, went on a reunion world tour in 2009.

@joevitalejrofficial I was at this show, and I went specifically because Joe Vitale was the drummer, I'd only ever seen him once before, years ago playing in Stills' band with Gerald Johnson and Mike Finnigan. Vitale's a great drummer!!! But Vitale and Rosas were kept in the shadows for most of the show, and they were never introduced to the audience.
